Don’t know how to keep on track?
Why is it important to let the cat out of the bag?
Do you need reinforcement and support?
Our world is resetting. Old and new goals are on the line should we fail to prioritize them right. It seems that people, especially these “resetting” days, are struggling to achieve their goals. Despite the circumstances, however, your effort can go a long way merely by holding yourself accountable to another person. Check my video below:
Accountability is sharing your aspirations, your goals, and vision with another human being. The moment we share that private information, our brain starts to process it to make it real rapidly. Once emotionally ‘exposed,’ we feel 85% more committed, and we make an effort to stay true to our word.
We are accustomed to this public acknowledgment, and this approval acts as a motivation, and this is the time we mostly need it to endure.
While all types of accountability (friend, group, application) work, coach accountability is what gets things moving more quickly. An accredited by the International Coach Federation coach knows precisely the tools and procedures to induce accountability so that you’ll be very clear on the goal.
While you are on the accountability’s superpowers, make sure also to check what Nikolas’ article in Femina Plus has to say about the need to communicate our needs and goals appropriately, especially with our partner http://www.feminaplus.eu/2019/10/30/why-do-we-fail-to-communicate-properly-with-our-partner/
Also, don’t forget to join us this Friday 15th for the online Masterclass “How can your life change through Life Coaching?
The journey from pain to Happiness and Success!” and celebrate with us the ICF’s International Coaching Week by unfolding the ultimate power of life coaching! (enroll for free here: https://www.jillandnikolas.com/masterclass.html)
Every time you share something with your coach or your accountability partner, your need to make your investment of time or money pay off, increases.
It’s as simple as this.
