Despite the extensive knowledge, the cutting-edge technology, and the general material abundance that supports our dreams to come true nowadays, a high percentage of people still find it really hard to fit in proving that this prosperity may be superficial. Even more, people use depressants, especially in rich countries, and it causes awe to think that even children are among them. Underrated and underestimated, they couldn’t relate themselves with whatever was going on. And for so, they’ve chosen social withdraw. This depressing feeling of loneliness suppresses our ability to feel as unique parts of a whole. We are all united and equally important, and coming to this realization discharges us from anger, frustration, and social stress.
By connecting with other people’s mentality, we become less aggressive and more compassionate. It’s this concept of oneness that you can reach through meditation. Feel like a part of this world, an understanding and compassionate strength that breathes into other people’s lives and inspires them. Disregard loneliness by simply feeling how much you are alike with all those around you. Send love and compassion as a reply to hate and emotional exile.Empathize, and you will never feel alone again!
