Blue Monday 2023 has just gone it’s so-called the most depressing day of the year. Blue Monday was named due to a combination of post-Christmas blues, dark cold nights and a stack of unpaid credit card bills.
Yes, many of us are feeling blue and I want to invite you to explore ways to reinvent yourself!

Have you noticed that with COVID post-COVID era last couple of years, so many people have stopped dreaming? Are you one of them? No, you’re not.
Do you know how I know that? Because you’re reading my newsletter.

So I invite you to take with me simple but not easy steps in order for you to become the best version of yourself. Are you game?

You see, once you can dream it, you have already achieved it. I did not say this. Einstein said it. So I will repeat it so that it sinks inside of you.
Once you can dream it, you have already achieved it.
Einstein used to say that you have achieved whatever you have dreamed in another timeline. This is why we have the capacity to dream anything that we dream. So, my beautiful friend, you have already achieved the goals! You have already achieved your dreams, you have already achieved what you’re thinking. You have been through that amazing, healthy relationship you desire. You have already enjoyed the vacations that you’re thinking about.
So, my beautiful friend, how does this make you feel? Most of my coaches say that they feel relieved. What about you? I invite you to write down the feeling and you will see a big difference in perspective.
I suggest that you write down your wins. This is my second tip. This is one of the first exercises I do with my coaches. You cannot go forward if you do not acknowledge the past. It’s so important to think about all the amazing things that you have achieved. May I suggest an exercise?
Break down your age in three equal parts. So if you’re 30, let’s go for one. Until ten years old. 11 to 20. 20 to 30 in each age.
Write down the 20 most amazing things you have achieved, even the ones that you take for granted.
Like I walked, I talked, I made my first friends. I went to school. Yes, 20 things. Don’t worry.
Just focus and start writing without thinking about it. It can even be. I woke up and I went to work today in time. Or I bought the car that I wanted. No big or small win just wins. Now I encourage you to read them. How do you feel? Take deep breaths and enjoy the gratitude and the awesome things that you have achieved. The third tip that I want to share with you is to find your North Pole.
This is how we call it with my coachees.
What does this mean? Find out what your big goal is, what you want to achieve. What is your life’s vision? Allow yourself to dream big. And don’t worry about the house. Just focus on your desires. My beautiful friend, it’s so important that you get inspiration. Think. Who do you admire? Whose lifestyle would you like to have? Observe. Don’t go into the envy mode. Write down your dreams. Make your vision crystal clear. Remember, you have achieved it in another timeline. And you definitely need support in order for you to reinvent yourself. Please, please, please. I know this for myself and my clients. Do not make the mistake of trying to make it on your own. Why waste your time? Hire a life coach who’s accredited by the International Coaching Federation and achieve your dreams in a much shorter time.
