5 sessions of group
mentor coaching of 90' each
(7.5h total of mentor coaching)
In the group sessions you coach either an external client or each other, and you get a written feedback from the Global Academy of Coaching Accredited by International Coaching Federation Mentor Coach. The coaching session is for 30 minutes than we review the session for about 30' and then we focus on a core competency for the remainder of the time.
3 x 1:1 to meet the ICF requirements
of mentor coaching
over a period of 6 months
On the 1:1 session, we focus of what matters to coaches and we review one recording of a coaching session that you send to the Mentor Coach. Individual arrangements are made with each student.
