Why do we need to speed up?
How to change and evolve through this challenging process?
Are you ready to meet up to the expectations?
Μonique Blokzyl’s inspirational session allowed me to share with her audience useful tips to stay positive, creative, and focused as coaches even with Coronavirus’ limitations.
So it’s the Coronavirus epoch, and each sense is sensitive to processing any relevant information accordingly. Like most people, I went through a very tough time, but what I’ve realized is that adapting a Coronavirus philosophy isn’t about what to do rather than what we have already done.
To make it clear, it’s about how much we have worked with our mindset until today. I’m not training people in GAC just to become life coaches (check GAC’s upscaling courses here https://globalacademyofcoaching.com/gac/). I’m not being trained to become an exceptional life coach at the level of MCC myself only to support people to find their perfect match, live an abundant life, or bring their children in the world. Don’t get me wrong. These are incredible things to achieve, but they won’t quite hold you at this fragile moment. We have been through all this training to stay focused and help others do so to know what is essential during these challenging times.
Whoever has worked with himself and has educated his big Ego, has earned the right to ride this ‘wave’ and not drown under it.
Are you wondering how to… surf the ‘wave’? By seeing the bigger picture and…
1) By stepping up. This is not a time to lie on the couch to watch all the Netflix series. Now is the time to work 200 times more than you’ve been working on pressing up, you know, the accelerator of the car and focus and work because now people need us. Now is the time to step up and speak up and bring your word out there. And this is what is shows that people really need this, people are thirsty, and we need to speak up and step up. Step up. Don’t don’t step back. Don’t don’t go into hibernation mode.
2) By not subdue to fear. Be 100% responsible, but on the other side, don’t be all day in social media because the only thing it does, it’s ruining our mind. So take 10 minutes to get informed, and you’re done for the day.
3) By changing and evolving. People that now have the training, the knowledge, the skills, and the abilities sense that it’s a chance to change the way we’ve worked even the way we used to exploit our natural resources. And change will bring about more efficient and more structure-based procedures.
4) By giving. Write down a list of five people that you know might be alone and might not have the resources. Find a way of calling or sending a message and say, “Hey, is there anything I can do for you? How are you would you like us to talk?” and talk for three minutes. It will “cost” no more than 15 minutes of our precious time. But seriously, it works wonders.
It’s the coaches’ time. We are needed out there to heal the traumas that will postpone growth in the ‘after-Corona’ life. It’s crucial for us right now to support people to stay positive, vibrant, and joyful and bring their genius out.
