Do you ask more than a race against time?

Many people complain that they do not have enough time. They are tied up in a busy life following a tight daily schedule that prevents them from enjoying life. Consequently, this makes them feel bitter, unsatisfied and unhappy.

I’ve tried to experiment and reset my biological clock last week. Therefore, I’ve decided to rise from bed earlier than I used to! I woke up at 4:00 am and what I’ve experienced was a pleasant surprise!

To be honest, I am not a night owl. However, waking up at 4:00 am was a breakthrough even for me! At first, I was puzzled. How would those spare hours help me stay active when everyone else was asleep?

It came as a surprise that I had the opportunity to embrace my emotions, organize my daily activities without interruptions and finish most of my work before daylight! I didn’t have to check the time. Time wasn’t a threat anymore. I’ve chosen to break free from anxiety and reconnect with sobriety!

Try this experiment out! You don’t have to squeeze your feelings dry during the day. You’ll also come to realize that eventually, we aren’t out of time, we are simply out of honest efforts!
