Anger is one of several emotions that we often wrestle with. It can be intense.
But, where does anger come from?
My friend, anger has a trigger. That trigger is different from person to person.
Anger can be driven by fear, stress, and frustration, or in situations where a person is attacked or feels powerless.
Anger in itself is not a problem, but it is, if it’s in excess, irrational, interferes with your interaction with others and your ability to function day to day.
How do you release your anger? My beautiful friend, we need to look deep within ourselves and admit hard truths about the root cause of our anger. This is what I practice and I encourage others to do it as well.
You may find that your anger is connected to something that you haven’t forgiven yourself for. Oftentimes, this is the reality. Getting rid of your anger can begin with forgiveness.
