➤ Every first and third week of the month, you will receive a video lesson along with exercises and coaching material that you need to study.
➤ Every second and fourth week of the month you will attend a live lesson with the GAC Teachers where you will be able to practice what you have learned and optimize your knowledge and solve your questions / challenges. Learn more about the GAC Teachers below.
➤ The basic studies last 8 months and from the 9th month of studies you start your niche specialization by choosing Relationship Coaching or Executive Coaching & Mentoring.
➤ Every month, you have in your material one of the suggested books that change lives.
➤ You will have an Accountability Partner with whom you will share your goals and victories on a weekly basis.
➤ You do coaching sessions from the first month: you become a coach and you are coached by a classmate.
➤ You have access to the Global Academy of Coaching Private Community, where you can post your questions, your victories and your goals and get support from your classmates.
➤ During the 12 months of your studies, you communicate with other coaches who think positively, you learn many things about yourself as well as how you can develop your business in coaching.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
In order to graduate you need to:
1) have participated into 22 live classes
2) have participated in a CCE 2 days training
3) have done at least 20 sessions as a coachee, at least 20 sessions as a coach
4) have done 5 Supervised sessions
5) send your coaching model with an analysis of over 2000 words
6) send your learnings as a coach and as a coachee with an analysis of over 2000 words
7) post by weekly in private group and send gathered your reflections for each video class, over 300 words.
Kindly note that in order to graduate it is mandatory that you participate in a CCE 2 days training
In case you cannot do the CCE 2 Day training, you may do 8 more live classes so that will be in total 30 live classes.
