Last May I travelled 3 times in order to celebrate International Coaching Week in Cyprus, Athens and Thessaloniki.
During my travels I listen to audiobooks, and this is the second time I listen to the biography of Elon Mask. It is really interesting to read about all the struggles they have at TESLA in order to create the car that drives you SAFELY ANYWHERE.
At THE PLAN workshops I share that we have over 60.000 thoughts per day. Most of them are negative. Most of them are in the fight or flight mode. Trying to keep us alive. Just like when a car is on autopilot.
Those 2 weeks we had over 300 participants in our workshops.
It is a bliss to see how many people actually want to LEAVE from being in autopilot.
